Went for oil change and tire pressure check (*). Got talked in to tire rotation. 1.5 hours later, I paid. No indication that tire pressure was checked. Which is too bad because of them not willing to work with me on my trade I have not returned home with a $60k+ new vehicle. Apparently they need that additional $4k or they will go bankrupt. Derrick was great showing me the vehicles i wanted to see. We didn't have an issue until it came time to make the deal which wasn't up to him but his manager. More
