Very disappointed at how expensive it is just for an oil change w/no tire rotation. I asked for a wash & vac inside was not cleaned. All of the workers paper mat etc was still left in the car. Terrible communication on ALL platforms. Worked with several different people, and had several different stories on how they were going to take care of me. Got 4/5ths of the paperwork done and find out several different people, and had several different stories on how they were going to take care of me. Got 4/5ths of the paperwork done and find out they sold me a 2WD instead of a 4WD like advertised by TWO SALESMAN. I even asked them while driving in the truck if it was 4WD and they said "yes." I will say, they attempted to help me out with the wasted time, constant confusion. and horrific communication by giving me a discount on the sticker price of $700 and giving me half off a ceramic coating called cilajet. However, in order to sign the papers and agree on all terms, the finance guy made me pay for the discounted Cilajet on the spot "so that we can get you financed." After trying to tell them I did not want the Cilajet, the finance associate jumped down my throat about how I was waisting money and how that's not a good decision... I ended up paying for the Cilajet out of pocket on the spot because I couldn't stand being in there anymore and constantly arguing/discussing. Long story short, everyone is looking out for their own xxx at this place. They did attempt to help me out, but I am not pleased. I suggest taking your business elsewhere if you value your time and hard-worked for money. More
I found the truck I purchased from Quebedeaux Chevrolet on cars.com. I was quoted a price of 41433.00 Out the door, with no trade and 1500.00 off for financing through the dealership. After a few calls to my salesman, and getting my own financing, the price went up 3000.00. The sales manager told me the price went up due to comparable vehicles in a 750 mile radius. I wanted the truck and I did buy it, but I'm not happy with the way the sales manager increased the price. The truck was advertised just under 38000.00 (included 1500 off with trade in and 1500 off with dealer financing) when I first seen it on cars.com. I still don't understand why my original quoted price was not honored. My salesman Derrick gets 5 stars. Dealership 1. More
