Uhhh, never really impressed when I have to go here. Check in was good, busy and didn’t take long. 1.5 days to change battery, which was brutal. Although I didn’t buy my vehicle here I have purchased $10k+ in accessories and have had all my service preformed here. At my previous oil change I asked that the DEF be filled. I was not asked if I would $10k+ in accessories and have had all my service preformed here. At my previous oil change I asked that the DEF be filled. I was not asked if I would like only 1 jug filled or the tank at 100% even though the work order said “Fill DEF and give customer remaining fluid”. I learned that there is 2 different meanings for “Fill DEF”. Lesson learned. My next complaint is a bit more serious. At the next oil change a few days ago I was informed there was a nail in the tire and it was “outside” the repairable zone. So I went ahead and had them order a tire for next day installation because I was going out of town. I did a little research and the NHTSA’s guideline showed the nail was not outside the repairable zone. So I went to a tire shop and asked them to check for leaks as the pulled the nail out. Much to our surprise the nail was only 1/4” long and hadn’t punctured the tire. So Kevin who is listed as a Sales Rep, tried to sell me a $400 tire for no reason. This is the second strike and I will give them one more chance to be honest before I take my business elsewhere. More
Your customer service is horrible. It took 4 hours to buy a car that should have taken half the time. We talked to a salesman on the phone prior to coming in. I wish we would have demanded Rafael to help us. I do not remember his name. More
