Have appointment to change my oil! Take like 4 hrs cuz I decide to get a flush on cooling system! Get home find a leak on the ground!! Service manager was too busy. Did not return my calls for status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. In addition, the alignment machine was down for 6 hours and the service manager did not sugge status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. Good location for us. Friendly accommodating sales staff. they had plenty of stock on hand. Both the sales and finance people were new, so having a more experienced staff would have benefited you and us. the they had plenty of stock on hand.
