Bad customer service I purchased a 2019 Buick InVision from Quebedeaux. I have had nothing but problems with the paint chipping on my Buick from the day I drove it off th I purchased a 2019 Buick InVision from Quebedeaux. I have had nothing but problems with the paint chipping on my Buick from the day I drove it off the lot. The service department‘s response to my complaints was basically to spray paint over the chipping paint where you could still see the chips of the paint. Then when I brought it to their attention and ask them to repair it they told me that they would send it up to to my salesman never heard back my patient continues to chip off of my brand new car. I have raced it a complaint officially with GMC corporate headquarters. And they are just as bad with responding to your complaints. I would suggest that no one purchase a car from this GMC Buick Dealership in the future they have one of the worst customer service departments and repair that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never again purchase a Buick because of my interactions with this dealership. This was my first and last time ever owning a Buick More

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I was so apprehensive because I have two kids and I have avoided dealerships because I know what a process it is. But let me tell you Mark made it as I was so apprehensive because I have two kids and I have avoided dealerships because I know what a process it is. But let me tell you Mark made it as fun and easy as possible, even bought my kids snacks when we were cutting into lunch. Oil change I usually have a great experience...it wasn’t bad it was just average. I guess with the pandemic things have change but I was surprised no one had mas I usually have a great experience...it wasn’t bad it was just average. I guess with the pandemic things have change but I was surprised no one had masks or gloves on and my seat or steering wheel was not covered to protect me or themselves! Sure is different from when I went to just have my tires rotated at Costco. They really protected me and themselves with covering the full seat and steering wheel when they drove off the car! Also the bathroom here at Quebedeaux was dirty...other times it’s been very clean..again in the age of covid I was surprised of the uncleanliness . I couldn’t even tell you the name of the person who helped me cuz he didn’t introduce himself and send me a text message when I got there or when my car was done. Again he wasn’t rude by any means..it just wasn’t the same experience I’m use to when I get my car serviced here. More
Poor follow thru Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from the used cars at Quebedeaux. Truck was reasonable priced but during negotiations they tried to change things that had been agreed upon. Also after we signed the papers when handed the key fob, was told there was only one. Something we should have been told beforehand. Cost us $175 to get a second one made. Used vehicles are claimed to be certified but after driving on the freeway the truck shook above 60mph. Brought it back and they had the tires balanced but I still had vibrations at freeway speeds. Tires were not properly inflated and had to rotate them before it drove properly. There is also a trim piece they said they would order but every time I call or text salesman says he would check on it and call me back shortly but I never get a call back. Prior to the sale the salesmen would respond but once the sale was made it's been tough to get help. Definitely will not deal with them again and I have 17 independent distributors that use pickups for their work and have told them I would not recommend buying from Quebedeaux. More

My sales rep Ash was nice and helpful but service didn’t do anything they were supposed to, they were supposed to fix a broken tire pressure sensor which they didnt theh they were supposed remove some sort do anything they were supposed to, they were supposed to fix a broken tire pressure sensor which they didnt theh they were supposed remove some sort of tracker that was on the passenger side which wasn’t done then to top it off they didn’t clean the inside of the vehicle at all. I love the truck and ash was a nice dude but my experience with service xxxxn sucked! More
set up an appoinment with BDC manager Danitza Alonso. at 5:45 pm. She send me email to confirm the appoinment and that She will be happy to help me, send her a message was on my way. arrived at dealer, was 5:45 pm.
