An easy transaction We knew what we wanted and contacted Jon, who sold us our last Buick. We were able to get most of the deal negotiated via email. Follow up by service center Drove in from Benson for an appointment on May 21st to fix a recall and see why the lane assist was not working. Could not complete service due to parts not in stock and time frame on lane assist problem will call when parts are in and set up a priority appointment. I called two weeks later on June 5th to check on parts, individual said she would check and call me back, called again on June 8th or 9th and was told by Tommy he was going to call me as the parts just came In. He set up an appointment for June 11th. I arrived for my 9:00 appointment, I informed the service writer that I also noticed that the navigation was showing one hour more to destination than it was going to take, I was told that there was not an appointment and soon after I was offered a vehicle to use and I assumed it was due to having to work me in. Returned from Benson on June 12 to pick up my truck, I was asked if I had replaced the windshield and I said yes, thie lane assist was not a warranty problem so I decided to have the work done by the replacement people. I was told that the replacement brakes were not done due to recall policy and that the time was working. I guess I should have checked on that before I left as after a stop at another appointment I put in an address and noticed that the time was still off be 1 hour. I have another recall that the parts are not available so when I return for that I will double check on service work being done, More

After a glitch with the delivery date of the original vehicle purchased due to transport issues with Buick, Jon immediately went to work and located a vehicle from another dealership that met my needs. Within 48 hours he had the vehicle at Quebedeaux. I'll definitely be a return customer when it is time for another Buick. I highly recommend Jon. More
