The sales associate explained to me it would take hours upon hours for my truck to be cleaned and fueled. Strike 1 Wrong windshield installed. I noted the very next day and alerted the sales associate regarding the gap in rear-view mirror and exposed wires. I sent pictures. Strike 2 Dents in the rear passenger doors. Was part of the "We Owe" paperwork Oddly they did a great job on that. Broken key fob and no owners manual. One key fob (broken) and no owners manual. The sales associate explained this does happen and didn't even to offer to download the owners manual an print one out for me. His excuse, "We sell over 400 cars per month." Strike 3 Needless to say, I did receive a fair price on my Trade-In and they provided me with a decent price on the truck. If you going to sell you car, then I would recommend this place. If you're going to purchase a car, I would look else-where. They are not client driven more client number driven. I certainly understand the recent and current economic situation, however, then does not excuse cleaning a car and filling it up. More
Buting process went smooth. Going through finance was quick and easy. Buggest issue was getting a tire fixed that was already bad when purchased the vehicle. Quick and easy to deal with. Jaime Jacquez was very easy to deal with we had been told by our local GMC dealer that the truck I was looking for was going to be very hard to find. The only disappointment I have is when I tried to log onto Sirius XM Radio, like I had done on my previous purchase the year before, I found out my car radio was not equipped for Sirius XM. I had all the information on the radio station in my new Buick paperwork, but the radio is not equipped for it. Just disappointed I was not informed about not being able to get Sirius radio, I might have opted to get the optional radio. More

Service Of Engine Oil, Transmission, differentials, and 4WD Prior to a long trip pulling my camper, I wanted to ready my 2018 GMC Sierra and also keep the truck in great shape. I had the engine oil, transmissi Prior to a long trip pulling my camper, I wanted to ready my 2018 GMC Sierra and also keep the truck in great shape. I had the engine oil, transmission, differentials, and 4WD serviced. When I left the dealership, I had to turn back after just driving one block. The transmission was jerking on acceleration and shifting. Come to find out that the transmission oil was almost a quart low. It took what seemed like another hour to get my vehicle back. The mechanic wrote on the receipt that he test drove the vehicle. I did see it drive by. Why didn't he find this issue? I suspect that the mechanic was a new person. I got all of this service done to ensure a 5,000 mile trip pulling my camper would be problem free. I do not now have confidence that all of my fluid levels are at the full mark. I will have to check the vehicle myself. I have lost some confidence in Quebedeaux service. I never had any problems before. More
As happy as we are with the truck it was pulling teeth to get everything done. Starting with getting the ball rolling on pricing, and getting information on the trucks we were interested in. From having to wait for the truck to be delivered from PHX to TUC. The lack of communication between the sellers and us on the steps along the way. The lack of communication between each of the departments within the company. We showed up to finally get the truck, was told it would be ready when we got there, we were told oh about 20 more minutes, 40 minutes later we find out the pressure washer had been broken the whole time. So we would have to return to have that done. More
