Just ok I made an appointment to view a used vehicle after finding it online. I told the person that I was traveling 80 miles. He said he was setting me an appointment with the manager as I was coming from out of town. When I got to the dealership at 11:15, I told the gentleman who approached that I had an appointment with one of the managers and gave him the names. He said that the manager was with another customer but he would take care of me. While he was looking for the car (it was new to the dealership and apparently not checked in yet but was listed online), the manager came over to me and said he didn't have anything on his schedule. No big deal as far as I was concerned. We were being helped. Turns out the car had not gone through any of the checks, hadn't been cleaned, and really wasn't ready to be sold. This would have been good to know before we drove all the way there. We did go ahead and drive the car and decided we would take it. It was priced well. They tell us they are putting new tires on it (that's good) but it will be an hour before they get there and then they will need to put them on and realign it. They would also need to detail the car (it did really need to be cleaned--it looked like it came right from the previous owner). There was also a broken side mirror that they would have to order. Sales guy told us they could send it to us to install as I mentioned we didn't want to have to come back to Tucson (another thing that could have been relayed to us when we made the appointment). We were already pre-approved for a loan and had hoped to be in and out so we would not have to hang around all day in Tucson but at this point, a few hours would be OK. We finished all the paperwork at 1:30. It took longer than the hour we were told to get the tires. Our sales guy came to us several times telling us it would only be another hour. It was longer. Apparently they were waiting for the tires to even start cleaning the car (according to the sales guy, he actually washed and vacuumed it and he was still wiping it down when he brought it out to us). It was finally done at at 5:45 PM. When the side mirror came in the following week, they called and wanted us to schedule an appointment to get it installed. I asked them to ship the part (as we had discussed with the sales person), she said they couldn't as they had already paid the technician to install it. I told her that is what we had arranged with the sales person and she had to get her manager's approval. She did and it is going to be shipped. Overall, I think we got a good price on the car but I walked in with an appointment to see a specific car and I was pre-approved for the purchase amount from my bank. It shouldn't have taken that long and wouldn't have if they had been up front about the status of the car when we called. There was also a minor issue with the paperwork submitted to the bank, luckily that was all taken care of the next business day over the phone. There was nothing about the experience that made the dealership stand out from all the others in Tucson. They had the car I wanted at a decent price so I chose them. If they didn't have the car I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else or just purchased from an online provider. More

The service was good. I had a bad battery cell i guess. The only issue that concerned me was that i've had the auto less than a year and the salesperson told me that a new battery had been installed.
