Fast engine oil service and inspection with tire rotation. I've been using this dealership for my service needs for the past 1 1/2 years now, but was disappointed when the rep tried to up charge me rotation. I've been using this dealership for my service needs for the past 1 1/2 years now, but was disappointed when the rep tried to up charge me for services not required by the maintenance schedule or necessary. At 33000 miles, the service schedule does not recommend a transmission fluid change or a throttle body cleaning. I'll be in touch with management. More

Brian explained everything and doubled checked the work completed. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. As I requested, he contacted me about additional work needed before the work was done.
