Great follow through. There were flaws on my "new" 2020. Though there were a couple of delays, due to miscommunication, the Service Department eventually did a wonderful There were flaws on my "new" 2020. Though there were a couple of delays, due to miscommunication, the Service Department eventually did a wonderful job fixing the flaws. Also, Edmond and Sevian (Sales) waived the charge for a towing harness, control switch, and installation, because I mistakenly thought the items were included with towing package option listed on the window sticker. Que Staff & Management go to great lengths to make things right. More
