Great buying experience on used vehicle I purchased a 2011 Civic from Quebedeaux and I can only say that the experience was perhaps the best of my 69 years. I apparently got there nearly immediately after they took it in on trade so Joe had to pull it out of re-con for me to test drive it. It was priced to sell after a few minutes of discussing price with the manager Gabriel we shook hands on the deal. I imagine at many other used car venues that would have been the end of things but not so with Quebedeaux. They then informed me of their 5-day return for full refund policy and also asked when I wanted to bring it back so they could do a complete detail on it. It was late in the day so set that up for the next day and the detail job was amazing - the car looks great. A couple of issues occurred that I am NOT going to be specific about here because the response of Gabriel was above and beyond and I don't want to set up anyone else's expectations to be too high. I will just say with confidence that you will be happy you dealt with Joe and Gabriel as well as Adam in the service department if you purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. I recommend them and if I am ever in the market for a car in the future they will be my go to dealership. David T. More
