Brian explained everything and doubled checked the work completed. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. As I requested, he contacted me about additional work needed before the work was done. I had originally scheduled the service with a different service rep, buy he was on vacation. At first, I was upset as I had not worked with Brian previously.
