Warranty service Vehicle in x 2 previously for idling issue but nothing was found. codes provided from On Star but was told they meant nothing.On this third visit they Vehicle in x 2 previously for idling issue but nothing was found. codes provided from On Star but was told they meant nothing.On this third visit they finally acknowledged there was an engine problem that were not covered under warranty and that catalytic converter was bad. I had previously given them my exteneded warranty information but it was somehow not on record so i had to do all the footwork to get the warranty work done. I received not test message updates as promised; received phone call saying car in overnight for repair.Tthen at closing another voicemail that it could be picked up that day. I did not get the voicemail and requested a text message. I believe the intake and exhaust actuators are part of the engine not emission related and should have been covered under the extended warranty. More
