The mats had not come in, the 2nd time I was advised that they were never ordered, the 3rd time Only the truck mat had come in( it was black- I had ordered grey). I was also informed the floor mats were not on the order, I was advised it was going to be re-ordered and were supposed to be in on 10/11. I am still waiting to hear from the parts department. I also had issues with the purchase of my 2019 Terrain, I completed the survey I was asked to completed by the Dealership and another from GMC. I requested call backs from both. No response from either! More
