4th New GMC vehicle purchase couldn't be happier I've bought 4 new GMC cars three at Quebedeaux. All four are serviced and taken care of by Quebedeaux. A 2006 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Pontiac G8GT, 2012 T I've bought 4 new GMC cars three at Quebedeaux. All four are serviced and taken care of by Quebedeaux. A 2006 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Pontiac G8GT, 2012 Terrain and now the 2019 Acadia. I've dropped some serious coin in this place with repairs to both Pontiac vehicles and Quebedeaux was always there. My Terrain suffered a rear end collision. Fear not the Q was there as always consistently demonstrating their superior mechanical competence by fixing all kinds of vehicle repairs I threw at them. They always honor factory bulletins and recall notices from GMC. Yes I had quite a few of those over the years. From the decision to buy to the repair shop I've experienced all their services. I wouldn't trust buying a car from any dealer in Tucson but Quebedeaux. I suggest always taking advantage of the free popcorn, free coffee, and shuttle service. These are Quebedeaux's dream team members I've worked with: Don Edwards (Sales) and John Hicks (Sales), Chet Williams (sales) a great team player. Adam Hensley (service) from grease monkey to service consultant he's the man, Brian Stowell (parts) he can order anything you want, and Tim Mullen (Finance). Overall Quebedeaux is honest, competent and reliable. You couldn't ask anything more from a dealership. thanks to everyone for another fantastic car and having my back. GMC car owner for LIFE! More

The body shop manager, Chris has 15+ years of service and Jr. the service director has been there for levee. Says a lot about a company when the management appreciate the staff and the staff appreciates the management. Never perfect but they try really hard and the customer benefits from a great culture of focused service. Love the quebedeaux crew!! More

Actually I had to go to Fernando. who is in charge of the salesmen to prove that I was actually promised 3 oil changes. There was no communication between sales and service dept. When I first got to the service dept. Medina told me I had already used an oil change when I first leased the car, I told him that was ridiculous. He told me that on the 2019 Buicks you only get one free oil change. I don't know why Buick is so tight on the oil changes, Honda gave us free oil changes for the lease of our 2015 Civic. I have to take the car back to get my promised oil changes. Maybe, I'll get a different more friendlier service agent the next time.. More
Less than stellar Your wash unit was broken, thus you all could only do 1/2 of my second service. I suggested taking the car to Mister wash but you couldn't do that. I suggested give me $10 and I'll go to the car wash, they wouldn't do that. I could come back later, but that requires a 30 mile drive each way. So service was only 1/2 done. More

So she drove 22 miles into town (I was already there) so we could trade it in. Ken worked at getting the paperwork done then Don who was helping came to us and explained to us that as it was a Sat. that we would be contacted Mon. as soon as they could get the financing. NO RETURN CALL. Thanks Quebedeau. More

He took my name to check me in and told me it would be about an hour wait. He then took my keys, and they had my car in the shop within minutes. It turned out to only be a 45 minute wait instead of an hour, which was very pleasing!! The payment process was very easy too. The gentleman came out to get me, and we went back to pay. He told me the inspection on my car was great, everything was fine, and then told me the oil change went well also. The service actually exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend Quebedeaux's service center!! Thanks!! More
