Tech didn’t understand issue Fan motor replacement went ok but tech did not realize that the Tahoe needed a simple inside door handle repair. Required two trips and me telling him Fan motor replacement went ok but tech did not realize that the Tahoe needed a simple inside door handle repair. Required two trips and me telling him that putting in a new door lock actuator would not fix the door handle. He also replaced the door latch which was not broken. Second time I’ve had simple fixes that techs do not understand. I think service department has a real lack of experienced people. More
