There was a slight mixup between the car I thought I was buying, which became unavailable, and the one I bought. As I was trying to email my salesman, who it turns out left employment there, and my new one who does not email, the week before picking up the car. Only to find out days later, that the car I originally test drove, was the one being held for me - not the previously agreed upon one. The eventual deal was agreeable, as the 2nd car was higher priced, but I just wish someone would have communicated with me during the 3-4 weekdays I had to wait before I could return to the dealership to pick up the car. More

First time using dealership service center, factory recall Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they wou Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they would have to order the replacement part then he would call me when it came. He did exactly that in the time frame he had quoted. He told me the repair would take 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I ask if they had a guest shuttle, which they did. I myself had time issues & he was able to work around them. I have never had to take my car to a dealership for any reason let alone a recall issue so I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth things went & the person I first spoke to was the one who handled everything for me & made me feel comfortable. I noticed the customers around me at the other service desks all had smiles too. The ride to my house & back to pick up my car was enjoyable & very appreciative. It definitely deserves the 5 stars More
