There was a slight mixup between the car I thought I was buying, which became unavailable, and the one I bought. As I was trying to email my salesman, who it turns out left employment there, and my new one who does not email, the week before picking up the car. Only to find out days later, that the car I originally test drove, was the one being held for me - not the previously agreed upon one. The eventual deal was agreeable, as the 2nd car was higher priced, but I just wish someone would have communicated with me during the 3-4 weekdays I had to wait before I could return to the dealership to pick up the car.
