I took my GMC Acadia in when a steering assist warning appeared on the dash. Service writer Adam was very helpful and gave me an estimate for the work. so far it has only been being put to the curb and not taken care of and make me think about how many other unlucky people have been sold a car that has big issues and not putting me in a rental car becau taken care of and make me think about how many other unlucky people have been sold a car that has big issues and not putting me in a rental car because they take time i think fixing mine while it is there is service feels like nobody wants to touch it because no money or some may be in trouble becjuse paper trtail alwasy leads back to where a mistake was covered or made but i suffer for buying car i assume there may be knowledege or something about the transmisson or more issue. I am an assist CEO at a medical center and no call about car ask for rental only get will talk to manager at 1PM now it is 4pm having to ask co worker for ride to my house. I am starting to think that issues similar to this one has happend before because they seem good at it. How i have been treated verbally polite and answers are rare along with help. Beware! Went in to buy a car for $17k was going to pay full price.
