I couldn't use my free oil change coupon that I got when I brought the Volkswagen at the dealership. The advisor said it has nothing to do with the older dealership. Overall it was a good experience, staff was friendly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.
