Everything went well with my experience with my 2011 Jetta, but today, I took my 2018 Tiguan and we (my husband and I) are very upset and frustrated, because we were on time for the appointment, but th Jetta, but today, I took my 2018 Tiguan and we (my husband and I) are very upset and frustrated, because we were on time for the appointment, but the secretary or the service advisor forget to tell us that we need to bring both car keys, we live far, we aren't around the block, so we went back home to bring the other key. Then, I stay close to the Dealer waiting, thinking that I will pick up my car today by the end of the day, as the service advisor told me and we agree and not, he call me after 3pm to tell me that I need to leave my car until next day, so I have to take a taxi to come back home. So, I finish expending for gas and taxi and I don't have my car done. We are very unhappy, the person who confirm the appointment or the service advisor should tell us before come to the appointment, what we need and order to get the service done. We were there on Friday with the Jetta and we come back today Monday with my other car. They knew. We are very unhappy :( More

Dismissive attitude and expensive service. I had to call the dealer to get my answers. The service representative was very dismissive to my questions. It seems all they care about is charging. Courteous and informative Customer Service is an important factor also. I appreciate they showed me a few other items that need future work. i.e. breaks. Another important factor is the overall cleanliness of the facility. The car reception area is well kept, the customer lounge is kept cleanly and the repair shop area is clean and well organized.
