Even though I have a huge local KIA dealership, after speaking with Semir at Quirks, he convinced me he would give me the best deal. Living 2.5 hours away, he offered to even pay for my gas to go down. He introduced me to David McCarthy our salesman. David provided great customer service throughout the whole process. Since we were received at the front door till the end of our stay at the dealership was an absolutely fabulous experience. Our sales person was David McCarthy. Since we sat at the table with him, he immediately made us feel comfortable. No a lot of questions asked, no so much forms to be filled out, fast service, detail information on the cars we were looking, and results didn't take long. We were able to check different cars without having a sales person on top of us all the time. Signing was fast! I would recommend anybody to stop by....Kia has improved a lot their cars :) Excellent rating in many of their vehicles and many options to choose from. More

The salesman Tim had me try out a car and it was not what I was looking for and was out of my price range so I got a little discouraged. He then showed me a second car with everything I was looking for, a nice blue color, and it was a 2017 with 26 miles on it. He was able to have me get it within my budget and I drove out of there extremely happy! I'd recommend this dealer for anyone looking at Kia. They have sweet deals! More

No car met my conditions, but after driving the 2014 Sportage, I reallly liked it. Dave McCarthy was salesman and was so very helpful. I did not feel pressured in any way. He described the features and told me how I could add a sunroof! I would recommend this dealership to my friends and especially Dave McCarthy. He put me at ease and is very friendly. I got a tour of the service department and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the whole operation! I feel I got a good deal with a good trade-in offer. A very pleasant experience all around. First time with Quirk Kia Looking to get into another Kia lease--as my current lease was up on 3/24/17. Have dealt with Team Kia in Concord for years but couldn't get any resp Looking to get into another Kia lease--as my current lease was up on 3/24/17. Have dealt with Team Kia in Concord for years but couldn't get any response and my lease was expiring. E-mailed Quirk and was quickly responded to by Adam Kumis. We went back and forth for a couple days and I then visited the dealership. Great experience -from beginning to end. Worked with Adam and Semir Hasanovic and ended up with my first Cadenza. Doug Kuhl-made the signing of the paperwork extremely easy as he had Adam come to my office to finish it. Hugely convenient! Adam-also took back my 2015 Optima with him. Talk about great service and convenience! I have found a new dealership to work with and will refer everyone I talk to. Nice job -so far! NOW--we'll see how the "service aspect" of the Cadenza goes when I visit their Service department-this will be equally as important to me as we go along. Thanks Tony Capraro III More
