Wonderful! I bought a Tiguan from Quirk VW on 1/20/15. The car I wanted to purchase was sold the day before but Scott and Frank helped to put me into another Tig I bought a Tiguan from Quirk VW on 1/20/15. The car I wanted to purchase was sold the day before but Scott and Frank helped to put me into another Tiguan. Although the model I ended up purchasing had more options than I had been looking for, I am truly glad that the Tiguan I had first looked at was bought by someone else! I am extremely happy with my new wheels....big snowstorm coming in two days!! Scott was great, very informative about the Tiguan and other models as well, Frank was easy to talk to and extremely patient with all of my questions about the price. No pressure at all. They were very accommodating and friendly! Wonderful experience! More

Great Service, they went to bat for me! The Service team, especially Russ, really went to bat for me with a warranty item. We had reported an oil leak, and they found that was covered under The Service team, especially Russ, really went to bat for me with a warranty item. We had reported an oil leak, and they found that was covered under the extended warranty I had purchased with the car at Quirk. They also were able to reproduce a separate problem we reported, and really went to bat for me for this additional expensive warranty repair. While the warranty item was getting sorted out, they gave me a loaner car which was very much appreciated. Great service, , great price, great work, very happy! More

Great experience - repeatedly I went to this dealer for the first time in March 2014 to look at a car I found online. I bought that car and my son now drives it. He found the right vehicle for my needs quickly a 2015 Passat. We came to a price quickly and I had mentioned my husband would need a new car soon. Although we were not considering the purchase for a few months as we were going to turn our older vehicle over to our son. Well they had closeout on a 2014 Jetta. After some discussion with my husband we decide to purchase both. The Sales Manager Frank Carnucci gave us pricing on both vehicles both within our financial means.
