The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked together as a team to make sure I was taken care of. I found their low-pressure, low-key approach to be very refreshing compared to my previous experiences dealing with big box dealerships. The staff discussed my trade-in and total purchase openly in front of me (as opposed to the ridiculous "let me check with my manager" tactics used at other dealerships). All the vehicles I checked out were exceptionally clean. Tim and the staff were forthright and honest that the vehicles were prior salvage titles, and gave ample opportunity for me to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. The process of completing the paperwork was painless and quick. After the sale, I felt great about the purchase because I was supporting a locally owned small business run by good, honest people! I will be sure to check out Rav Motors again the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

They were knowledgeable on the car I was interested in and answered any questions I had fully. When it came time to actually purchase they were very helpful in pointing me towards a place to finance and when I came to pick up the car, they were very accommodating in doing the process quickly and smoothly (I had a time limit between work shifts). Very smooth process for a first-timer, for which I am thankful. They made the whole experience a lot less intimidating and stressful! More
