RBM of Alpharetta came highly recommended by my company for the service and value they provide. RBM's pricing was superior to other vehicles of comparable mileage, options, and certification. Within minutes of sending a request online for an appointment to test drive several vehicles, my sales associate, Ron Delvalle, emailed me detailed information on each car and called to schedule a convenient time. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of my schedule, which is already stretched to the point of breaking. He allowed as much or as little time as I needed for each step of the process, gave me a tour of the facility while paperwork was being processed, and ensured my visits were as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ron listened to my concerns and attended to each one. His flexibility and resolution skills enabled us to reach agreeable compromises quickly and pleasantly. Carol Duster, the finance manager, was also extremely nice to work with. Her efficiency and courtesy made the finance portion painless and fast, but not rushed. During the brief down time, Ron introduced me to my Service associate and the sales manager, Teresa and Donnie, who took the time to talk and get to know me. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday, it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Ron and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends, family, and associates. My entire experience was excellent and gave me full confidence that my future interactions will be the same. More

Our salesman, Bill Winslow, has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had to put up with many indecisions from both myself and my wife. This past experience when purchasing two vehicles, a 400 SL and a 300 C, my wife decided on a different model vehicle as I was signing papers. Bill was understanding and able to have my wife purchase the vehicle of her choice. Our next Mercedes purchase will only be at RBM North and with Bill Winslow. Thanks to all the crew at Mercedes for making this experience a time to remember. More

My wife and I decided to begin "looking" at convertible options and since we have traditionally purchased BMW's the search began with two other dealer My wife and I decided to begin "looking" at convertible options and since we have traditionally purchased BMW's the search began with two other dealerships but were unimpressed with available inventory. We decided to drive from Dacula to Alpharetta and sneak in to view one of the E Series convertibles. We took it for a test drive and liked it but planned to wait until we had more time to evaluate options. THEN we met or salesman Neil Turry! He immediately said all the right things and directed us to focus on the features, especially the safety features that make this car stand out from the competition. He REALLY knew this car and the competition (which he never spoke against). I re-emphasized that we were "just looking" and with no pressure he asked if it would be ok for him to take us on another test drive to show us some of the features he had discussed. Once educated and in the car the second time was the charm and it became apparent that the best decision we could make would be to buy the car that day. Should I say...Happy Wife, Happy Life! Once we agreed to purchase the great service continued including the sales manager, assistants and finance department. A true 5-Star experience from start to finish with no pressure at any time. I would recommend Neil and RBM of Alpharetta to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

I have never met a sales person that not only take their job serious but take you as someone he cares about. I never felt so welcome and appreciated so much. I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Bill Winslow was so friendly and knowledgable and didn't make me feel pushed to buy my car from him. He even was very funny as we where talking during the financing process, he was patient with me and very interested in making me feel comfortable until the very end of the sale. I will most defiantly be referring others to him. He is AWESOME and he CARE.
