A New GLK for my Wife We now live in South Carolina, but felt drawn back to RBM of Alpharetta because of our service experience there with our ML350 & my son's C230. Teresa Cox , as our service advisor, was exemplary and was a key factor in bringing us back to the dealership. Teresa put us in touch with Bill Winslow in Sales who, I happily add, continued the same performance we have grown to expect from RBM North. Bill & I corresponded constantly over the phone, trying to find the perfect vehicle for my wife. At first, she wasn't sure if she wanted a C class or the E class, but after speaking to a friend here in the Charleston area, she decided she wanted to drive a GLK350. Bill helped me find what we thought would be a good choice for her: a black preowned 2014 GLK350. But after seeing a brand new Pebble Grey Metallic GLK right at the front doors of the dealership, she knew she had found her perfect vehicle! Bill very graciously redid all the paperwork & worked quickly with the prep & finance people & we soon had her new GLK! all on a Saturday afternoon! So not only did Bill get her the perfect vehicle, but he orchestrated the whole thing flawlessly & truly delivered a "Mercedes-worthy" sales experience for my wife & me! Sharon Thompson of Finance rounded out our excellent experience by getting us through the "paperwork phase" quickly & professionally with a very personal touch! Many thanks Bill! 2nd auto purchase @rbm of alpharetta We stopped in for service at RBM of Alpharetta in July 2014 and while waiting for our car to be serviced we met with Bill Winslow to ask about ML 350 We stopped in for service at RBM of Alpharetta in July 2014 and while waiting for our car to be serviced we met with Bill Winslow to ask about ML 350 and GL 450 SUVs. Bill took us on a demo ride in a 2014 GL450 and we LOVED IT. We asked Bill many questions about the GL450 and he provided us with a wealth of info. We decided that we wanted a GL450 and proceeded to determine what options we wanted. Bill helped us with our selections in a most patient manner and showed us what was available in stock. With the help of Bill and Donnie Moore, sales manager, we decided to order a 2015 GL450 with options we wanted. We took delivery Aug. 4th and have enjoyed every thing about the GL450. Bill Winslow guided us through the buying process from start to finish without a hitch. Can't say enough good about Bill. I have purchased many autos in my 72 years and dealt with good and bad dealerships. RBM of Alpharetta is by far the best auto dealership I have used. From Donnie Moore and Bill Winslow, David Claster in Service, Sharon Thompson in Finance, Diane Evans in "what button does what" at delivery you can't find a better team.
