Ron was wonderful, never once was there any hint of "ya gotta buy now or else." That type of sales techniques just doesn't speak well of a dealership. The low-key, low-pressure atmosphere was very much appreciated. Once we decided to buy, Ron was very much our advocate, helping to locate and secure the vehicle we wanted. He kept us apprised of the status and ETA. Purchasing day was probably one of the most hassle-free we have ever experienced. Attention to detail was wonderful. I met Fabian Tafur, salesman and liked him immediately. He spent a lot of time with me showing me a number of cars. There was absolutely no pressure from him to purchase a car. He was more interested in making sure I found the exact car I wanted than just selling a car. Once I decided on a car the negotiations were relaxed because, again there was no pressure.
