Best experience ever buying a new car !! My husband and I went into RBM of North Atlanta in Alpharetta recently at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. I noticed immediatley that several of the sales people we I went into RBM of North Atlanta in Alpharetta recently at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. I noticed immediatley that several of the sales people we're ready to go home and not too eager to come over and speak to us, very uncharacteristic of car salesmen. I mentioned to my husband, "they must close at 6:00pm, I don't think anyone wants to be bothered with us at 5:35pm". To be fair, it was 103 degrees outside that day and I would have wanted to go home too! Just as I was about to suggest that we leave and come back on Monday, we were approached by Fabian Tafur. He introduced himself and asked if he could be of assistance. I explained that I had been driving a Mercedes CLK 500 for 10 years and was looking to trade it in on a new car. I told him that initially I was under the impression that I could not afford a new Mercedes so that day I had test driven an Audi, BMW & Acura and was disappointed in their quality and overall performance when compared to my Mercedes. My husband went online that afternoon to the RBM website and saw the C Coupe which was in fact in my price range. So we went to RBM to take a look at it. I asked Fabian about the C 250 Coupe they had on the lot and he very thoroughly explained the similarites & the differences between my CLK 500 & the C 250 Coupe. He suggested I test drive the car as I was not sure about the 4 cylinder "turbo charge" engine vs. the V8 I was used to. He was RIGHT, I was so surprised at the power & speed and really impressed with the estimated gas mileage which was more than double what I was getting with my V8. The car is stylish and very comfortable to drive & ride in. So at this point, I was sold on the car, but the deciding factor was Fabian. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or guilty for keeping him at work to well after 7:00pm that day. He and his Manager worked hard to find the right deal for me. They offered a fair price for my trade-in and worked with me on payments that fit into my budget. I am now the proud owner of a new C 250 Coupe and I would highly recommend that you visit RBM North in Alpharetta and ask for Fabian Tafur. More
