Above and beyond expectations! I had a question about a 2015 GLK I recently purchased from a private seller regarding whether a navigation system could be installed. After being connected with Bill Peek, he spent quite a lot of time and effort finding the correct answer to my question. He even took the time to email me all the facts, quote, etc. That’s what I call going above and beyond the call of duty— especially since the car was purchased from a private seller. Service department My car needed help. I had two tires blowout on the interstate when I was on a trip and I immediately emailed Teresa Cox at Rbm of Alpharetta. Even t My car needed help. I had two tires blowout on the interstate when I was on a trip and I immediately emailed Teresa Cox at Rbm of Alpharetta. Even though she was at home sick with the flu, she stayed emailed me right back and gave me the first morning appointment upon my return and had a loaner car waiting for me. Teresa make sure my car was taken care of as if it were her own. She said “ you purchase this car because it rides like silk and I will make sure when it is returned to you it rides like silk again “. She went above and beyond to make sure I was OK even though she was the one at home sick with the flu. Teresa treats you like you’re the most important customer that has ever walked into the dealership. It doesn’t matter if you’re getting an oil change or complete overhaul, She will go out of her way and above and beyond so the next time you need to bring your car in, youre looking forward to it because this is the one moment in your day that you know everything will go perfectly!.
