Rick Robbins,was the bomb,i knew what i wanted from the start,my lovely CLS 63 AMG,my man Rick had the vehicle in the back cleaned up,gased up,and when i seen it pull around to the front of the store,i was start,my lovely CLS 63 AMG,my man Rick had the vehicle in the back cleaned up,gased up,and when i seen it pull around to the front of the store,i was completely overwhelmed,i think everyone everyday,the lord for making it so that i could buy such a fine automobile,Rick for making this purchase so easy for me,i mean this guy knew i did'nt have alot of time,he also had a customer when i arrived,that did not stop Rick,this guy knows the meaning of multitasking,and i can't leave out Steve Rosenthal,used car manager,Steve played a little hard ball,and i do-not blame him,He knew what he had on the lot,and he knew i was foaming at the mouth for this fine vehicle,it took about 2 weeks then i decided to bite the bullet,so thanks to all who were involved,and Rick i mite be back for that one on the showroom floor,you never know More

I went into RBM just to "look" because I wanted to trade my lease in for a purchased vehicle. I went without an appointment and was assigned to Rick. He was awesome! When I told him I would not be purchasing until I was back from a trip overseas, he worked with me to a.) find the perfect car at the perfect price and b.) allow me to store it at RBM for pickup until I returned. OMG!! Just purchased my new C250 from RBM Atlanta Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He was professional patient and very knowledgable with Mercedes brand! The new store manager Eric Mihelich was Awesome!!! He along with Dwight worked, "The Deal of the Century," to get my husband & I into my C250!! Eric is a passionate basketball fan and we enjoyed his conversation in discussing his admiration for the game & players! FYI Dr. J is one of his all time great players. Lol!! He's also a family man with 2 young boys and a wife who he adores! He's also a God fearing man, which you can pick up on the moment he starts to speak & shake your hand. It was an extremely pleasurable experience working with Simon on the purchase of my CPO car. Normally this process is like going to the dentist, something that you want to put off, but Simon changed that Simon on the purchase of my CPO car. Simon gathered the details of exactly what I was looking for and text me as soon as the perfect car arrived. I was very pleased, it was more than I was originally looking for. It was a much better deal as well, since it was CPO. Simon also went a step further to recommend ways for me to save money on changing the tires, etc. His knowledge of that area was impeccalbe. I was extremely impressed and would recommed Simon to anyone. My previous car was a Mercedes so I always used Alex Smith as my Service Advisor and he was always very honest and helpful.
