Alex Smith is by far the best service provider I have ever worked with. He listens, understands my concerns and cares that I am happy with the results. I'm in real estate and am in my car more than the average person so when I feel something is not right I always know Alex will do a thorough check of the problem and the end result will be it is repaired. He is always pleasant, knowledgeable of his product and I leave my car with him knowing when I pick it up it will be better than when I left it. He also always accomodates my schedule which is scattered. I have given Alex this rating as in all the years I have dealt with him I have never been dissatisfied with his professionalism. Pam goes above and beyond every single time! It started with me from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot. I was interested in looking at a used BMW that was on the lot. Pam steered me in the righ with me from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot. I was interested in looking at a used BMW that was on the lot. Pam steered me in the right direction when she talked me into driving the C300 after driving the BMW. I was convinced I was not a Mercedes Girl in the least. I was MISINFORMED! Pam assured me that I would be so happy with my choice and my service. She was correct! Every single time I have been in for service, she is extremely helpful and has even been waiting on me to handle everything in a hurry because I called and told her I was running late for a very important meeting - I did not have to wait for anything. She got me out of my car and into a rental in no time. You cannot beat that for service. I have been able to convince several friends since then to invest in a mercedes from RBM and to be confident that they will always receive the utmost respect and top notch service as a customer - my thanks to Pam for treating me and my car like we are the only customer she has to worry about! My sales person Colin Harrison promised to have our cars (my wife and I both purchased from the same dealer and sales person) washed when we came in, and he cheerfully accommodates us each time, with a minimum of advance notice. Pricing accommodation is good for a Mercedes dealership, but it's the service aspect that makes the experience worth the price. And, Mercedes has refined their products to be second to none! More

My relationship with RBM goes back to 1974 when they were located on Pharr Road in Buckhead. RBM is one of the few reasons I venture outside of the Perimeter Highway (I-285). Charlie has been my Salesman for the past 10+ years and I have purchased multiple car from him. The fact that Charlie has become a friend sums up my opinion of him. He is very knowledgeable and patient. My current car is certified pre-owned and Charlie was able to help me with it. He called me for several months until the "right one" came along. I give very high marks to Charlie and my long time Service Advisor, Don Mackay. More

Eric was extremely helpful in transitioning us from our leased MB 320 Wagon to our new 2008 R320 diesel purchase. We were "new" customers to Eric since our prior salesperson (E500 sedan and E320 Wagon) at leased MB 320 Wagon to our new 2008 R320 diesel purchase. We were "new" customers to Eric since our prior salesperson (E500 sedan and E320 Wagon) at RBM had retired. Eric and I discussed in detail what the potential needs of our family (2 small children) were in 2007 and what they might be in the future pertaining to the accessories and options in our new vehicle. I think we hit a home run with the diesel R320 both in terms of the car and the options. Since we both transitioned to iPhones recently the iPod dock recommended by Eric in 2007 looks better on a daily basis along with the Satellite Radio, rear entertainment system, nav, bluetooth, integrated phone etc. This is primarily my wife's car and she is delighted with it on her business trips. Our children enjoy the MB much better than Dad's Range Rover for trips. The car and Eric are keepers. More
