Awesome Hands down the BEST Car buying experience ever. My wife and I just had a baby in November and it was time to get a new family car. We agreed on a Mits Hands down the BEST Car buying experience ever. My wife and I just had a baby in November and it was time to get a new family car. We agreed on a Mitsubishi Outlander. I called in around 9am and was greeted by Anthony in sales. He told me to come on in to the dealership so he could show me the Outlander. I arrived at the dealership around 11am and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Anthony. He wasted no time in scrambling to get the vehicle I liked to the front of the dealership. This was no easy task, mind you, RC Hill Mitsubishi has a huge inventory. We then immediately went for a test drive. During the test drive Anthony was very informative about Mitsubishi in general and had a wealth of knowledge about the Outlander. He described all the features thoroughly and answered all questions with no hesitation. You can tell Anthony is very well versed and informed about the vehicles he is selling. After the test drive no time was wasted to begin the dreaded part of a trip to any dealership...the finance. At RC Hill Mitsubishi they've got it going on. Between Anthony and their finance guy they literally had approval from a bank at a decent interest rate in less than 20 minutes. At that point, Anthony got with the service department to have the car detailed, and filled with gas. While he was doing that we were in with the business manager signing paperwork and getting the insurance and tag info sorted out. Another arduous task made super simple and quick at RC Hill Mitsubishi. After everything was signed and taken care of, Anthony showed me how to connect my phone to the cars entertainment system and how to use the fuel economy options. So not only is Anthony a super car salesman he is also a youth pastor. He ended the car buying experience with a nice blessing and prayer. By 1pm we were back on the road on our way home. The car buying process at RC Hill Mitsubishi literally took about 2 hrs from start to finish and they put us in the car that I wanted at a price I can afford. The entire staff seems to work together like a well oiled machine and Anthony is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Thank you RC Hill Mitsubishi especially Anthony for helping me and my family get the car that we needed. I have already told countless people to absolutely go buy their next car from your establishment and will continue to do so. More
