This was honestly the best car buying experience i've ever had. The People at RC HILL MITSUBISHI REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. While My sales man ROBERT DEAN showed us the cars we were interested in so w ever had. The People at RC HILL MITSUBISHI REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. While My sales man ROBERT DEAN showed us the cars we were interested in so we could see what they were like , He really took the time to really listen to our needs and observed our lifestyle to be able to get us a car that gave us what we really NEEDED as well as with some bells and whistles we didn't think much of at the time. Our credit wasn't the best and we had a repo from 4 years ago but He and TROY STOOPS the manager took their time PAINSTAKINGLY in order to get us approved for something. They don't just go running peoples credit willy nilly. they give you your options and based on your situation tell you what the honest expectations would be to prepare you ahead of time before having to run your credit. I love love the way they did things it was very natural and patient. They didn't fast talk us or sell us a dream they weren't there to make money off a quick sale. they truly care about their customers and their goal is to retain each customer. i plan on going to them for any of my next vehicles. I will also tell anyone looking for a car about RC HILL . Thank you! thank you! thank you so much for all the work you guys did to get us what we really needed . it was more than i could have asked for. I didn't expect to find anything but i had the biggest smile on my face driving off the lot with our new van! im in love even though i didn't what a van im still excited about it. if there were 10 stars i would give it to them .. I am not happy with this place. They owe me a little bit of money and they have said on several occasions they were going to mail me a check but I never got it. Additionally I have their service plan. When we bought our first car from them taking our car in and getting the oil change and tire rotations took about 30 minutes. Now, even with an appointment we are there at least an hour and a half to two hours. It takes me an hour to get there so now it has become an all day affair. I inquired about canceling the service contract and getting a refund of what was left but no, no refunds allowed. I gave them two stars because their cars they sell are great. Other than that I don't trust anything that they say anymore. More

I just love RC Hill dealership in Deland! First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extrem First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extremely professional, and kind. Then “Gio” (Jovanny) proceeded to take care of me with the most professional kindness and courtesy. I am not kidding! It was near the end of the day. He took good care of my car; checked everything appropriately, did not try to upsell me many things that I didn’t need, which always is a concern of mine. He did let me know that what needed to be done and then, get this,!!!…. even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was the end of the day and he did all that work so nicely, he even detailed my car washing it inside and out himself. I cannot tell you the joy that I left that place with , I am so thankful that I got my car there because the service is excellent and the courtesy and kindness is above and beyond. I really assumed they couldn’t take me and I would’ve been fine with that and made an appointment but they went above and beyond to work me in and take the best care of me possible!! Alexis and Gio are an amazing asset to your company, and should be appreciated with raises and moving up the ladder. I am not kidding!!! They acted this way with no one over seeing them and I believe it’s their true personality and sharp business perfection. Thank you both ever so much!! Then Tony walked by me, ( Anthony), who sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago, and still remembered me. He was such a pleasure to do business with, and took a lot of the stress out of buying a new car. I have a lot of family and friends in this area and will always highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership because of the way I have been incredibly treated so extremely well !!!
