This is the fourth car I've bought from R.C. Hill. I love this dealership and all of its employees, and I really love all of my Mitsubishi cars (Lancers and Galant), too. He knows the vehicles inside and out. On the business side, I've always appreciated the effort that Mike, Tom and Bob have put into providing me with a fantastic deal. They've always gone above and beyond, handling the transactions professionally, competently, and efficiently. I've always walked away delighted with the terms of the deal and the wonderful new car. On the service side, Barbara, Kris, and the rest of the staff have always gone above and beyond to provide superb service and, on one occasion, after a car accident, to work flawlessly with my insurance company to repair the car, provide a loaner, and take all the fear out of what had just happened to me. I actually ENJOY buying a car at R.C. Hill and even taking it in for service. I can't say I've ever felt that way about any other dealer.
