They were good to work with and friendly. I was grateful they could work with us long distance. We needed to get in and out so we gave everything they needed the day before to be ready to sig I was grateful they could work with us long distance. We needed to get in and out so we gave everything they needed the day before to be ready to sign and drive when we came in. It didn't work out as planned and they seemed to stall or not be ready. Most likely because detailing was cleaning it and wasn't ready. This contributed to us being late to drop off our rental car in time before the 3 day holiday weekend. We ended up paying for 3 extra days and beyond our allotted dropoff time. Just a complicated and no one had a dropbox to return it. If we could have got out soon enough but unfortunately it took over 3 hours to just sign and drive. More
