Good customer service. I like their facilities but wish they offered some carbonated drinks while waiting for service. On the service subject, I feel that I receive all the information I need to make a decision. I just wish we had more picture evidence to make better decisions like brake pads. I have only had my car for 2 years and drive it little this year. However i now have rear brake pads in the "red" while the fronts are green. So I wished they could text pictures or show them in the digital report. More
