I had a couple of recalls on my vehicle and the Ocala dealership was more than welcoming to service my needs. The service department department employee Albert was very helpful and understanding to my ne dealership was more than welcoming to service my needs. The service department department employee Albert was very helpful and understanding to my needs since I live 40 minutes away and there is not a dealership in Gainesville. I had to make two different trips to ensure my recalls were completed but if I needed a loaner vehicle, Albert was willing to provide one. My only negative against the service I received was the initial completion of the job. My fan motor runs great and strong but my car barely blows cold air. I called the department but did not reach anyone. With that hiccup, I don’t know if I will return to Ocala dealership because although the management was great, the overall work was not up to standard. Instead of a car that doesn’t blow crisp cold air at all, now I have a strong fan that blows lukewarm breezy air on colder days, and summer is around the corner. More
