Albert meet and exceeded all my needs. Set up the maintenance schedule and had the mechanics do a thorough inspection of my vehicle that had been not in use for a year. He made sure everything was in maintenance schedule and had the mechanics do a thorough inspection of my vehicle that had been not in use for a year. He made sure everything was in working order, car wash and the mechanics even got the white paint off of my front bumper. Overall I had an A+ experience. More

On one of my visit I sat customer service section and observed the interaction between a Spanish speaking elderly client and the a Service department Representative. He made eye contact, sat infront of t observed the interaction between a Spanish speaking elderly client and the a Service department Representative. He made eye contact, sat infront of the client, explained calmly the repairs needed and show her in writing it's cost. Afterwards, a Spanish speaking employee came along and explained further. At the end of the explanation the client looked more relieved and constable paying over 500.00 for the work done on her vehicle. More
