Service Dept at RC Mitsubishi made a bad day Great! It was my birthday and all is well. But disaster struck quickly with a rear flat tire on my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. I took my tire down to my l It was my birthday and all is well. But disaster struck quickly with a rear flat tire on my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. I took my tire down to my local tire shop to get it repaired, unfortunately the nail is too close to the side wall for it to be safe. I checked to see what the pricing would be for a new tire replacement. $220 for just the tire, plus mounting and balancing. I called RC Hill Mitsubishi, I did not have the road hazard package for my tires so I figured this might get a bit steep. But after talking to Jessica I was very impressed with the pricing that I was given. I saved about $80 on the new tire under what I was quoted. I brought my tire and rim into the dealership in Ocala and talked to Chris DeFelice at the Service Desk. He got my rim and tire in and repaired fast, super fast to be exact. Everything was done exactly the way I was told. RC Hill in Ocala is my dealer of choice and my service department of choice, they are very professional and fast. I worked with Scott to buy my nice new to me SUV. He was extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer!
