Service department was great I have a 2015 Outlander sport and at 57,700 the transmission started to act up. I called the service dept and spoke with Matt. He listened to my conce I have a 2015 Outlander sport and at 57,700 the transmission started to act up. I called the service dept and spoke with Matt. He listened to my concerns and looked up to see if my car was still going to be covered by the warranty. It was. This was the week of Christmas. I dropped it off on Monday and I had it returned on Friday which was when they said it would be ready. They service area is clean and open. I also had the oil changed. They washed the car and also checked to see if there were any open recalls which there wasn't.. I will be having them do all my service from now on. Thank you to all of the service department. More
