The staff was casual and professional. The use of digital resources at RDU was impressive. Small things add up: I found them through a portal, and using my phone for almost all of it. I requested info with a button click, and they responded with a carfax (bases on my inquiry) and the option to use text messaging. The correspondences were personalized and timely for persons obviously doing active business. Also, it seems (in my limited recent experience) that the "no haggle" business model is becoming more popular. I spent hours with a dealer, and Carmax, before going to RDU. RDU also advertises this style of sales and the rep reported no commission in that regard. However, I spent little time at RDU in comparison (test drove 3 vehicles) to purchase the vehicle I wanted. If the "no haggle" model is close to sincere in the auto sales industry, this puts far more emphasis with digital (data driven) approaches. And as I mentioned, RDU has created a good digital experience that allowed me to crunch my stats beforehand and test drive. (The name RDU is brilliant btw, at least 'round here. And logo is well designed.) As long I don't experience any seriously unconventional happenings with this vehicle I can say this was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I've owned over 12 vehicles and purchased 3 new. I'm very happy with the vehicle I bought. Thanks, Todd More

Worth the Trip I found what looked like a good car on autotrader.com and contacted RDU by email. I got a very fast response and the salesman obliged me by answering I found what looked like a good car on autotrader.com and contacted RDU by email. I got a very fast response and the salesman obliged me by answering my questions and sending me additional photos. I drove from VA to NC to see the car and bought it that day.
