Car inspection!!! The cost of wipers 25.00 was ridiculous!! Had to wait 2 hrs for delivery for blades that were 17.00.What I thought would take no more than 2 hrs for t The cost of wipers 25.00 was ridiculous!! I could've walked to auto zone and gotten blades myself. Never will I come back to RK for inspection or anything else. More

Terrible customer service I was recommended to go here by my insurance. The collision department said a week. Then 2. Then another day! I will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid this place at all costs! They agreed to pay for the 1 extra day of my car rental. However, I got billed for it because the shop hasn’t gotten around to getting the order to the rental company...... a week later! Don’t take your vehicles here! More

WORST MECHANICS EVER I took my chevy cruze to have work done on it because it was leaking coolant and its under warranty. They said they couldn't fully diagnose the problem until I drove my car around and let the dye get thru but wanted to pay a $300 diagnostic fee since they didn't fix my car. So ibpick my car up and i notice now its misfiring on top of the coolant leak I take my car back to them after a week to have them "fix" it forreal this time. After a week I get my car I argue about whats covered under my warranty after paying another $400 I get my car and 3 weeks later my car overheats and the coolant is empty!! So I paid $700 for their "mechanics" to do nothing but eat candy in my car and leave their trash in my door More

TERRIBLE DEALER All these idiots want to do is sell cars. The rest is BS. I bought a brand new truck from them and I wanted Rhino liner installed in my bed. These geniuses used a poor grade spray on liner that flakes off if you set anything on it. It is a pickup WORK truck. The liner looks like crap and has body paint showing where this cheap junk was applied. I took this truck in 6 weeks old the rear caught on fire. These people not only kept my truck but they put a nice dent in my fender. Complete incompetence in their service department. I wouldn't let them wash a wrecked truck let alone a brand new one! Secondly I had a flashing check engine light come on when truck was barely 6 months old. I called RK and was told by the person to bring it right up. And said this could be serious situation. I was headed toward Cape May that morning for work. I rerouted to Vineland to RK where I was greated by the biggest jerk I have ever met for a Service manager. He smirked at me and told me he did not have the time to mess with it and I had to make a appointment. I asked can you at least scan my truck for codes so I would know if it was serious. He smiled back and said make a appointment. I told that jerk a thing or two and FIRED RK on the spot. Gentilini took me in and I did not even buy the truck from them. RK NEVER AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! I AM COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS DEALER. DONE!!!!! More

After waiting forever at the sales desk, he came back and said they would only offer me half of the price, I still owed, as a trade in. Never had this bad of an experience ever, at any dealership!!! There was no negotiation, nothing, all the salesman said was the payment would be hundreds more a month! I'm never late on my bills including car payments. Just wanted a newer model, at a fair price. Will shop elsewhere. More

Scam artists I have heard about dealerships like this first time i ever experienced one.This dealership uses scams to draw customers in i got an offer to test driv I have heard about dealerships like this first time i ever experienced one.This dealership uses scams to draw customers in i got an offer to test drive a subaru i got a call asking when i would be in i said in 15min im not far from RK i went i test drove i did not like the subaru.I ended up test driving a kia sorento they advertise 120% of kelly bluebook i was offered 70% when i asked why the offer was low they said they dont just go by kelly bluebook.Then if thats the case dont advertise 120% if you arent going to pay thats fraud.And i never got my 25.00 test drive giftcard i was told it is being taken care of its been over 3 weeks and when i checked they never processed the information i emailed sharmaine and she stopped replying back.And you gotta love sharmaine she will call everyday till she gets you she called me daily till i called back to see if i was still interested in a sorento.Yes i am but not from RK if they scam you like this right away what happens after you sign papers with them buyer beware. Also i have all the emails stating 120% off kelly bluebook and about the gift card scam which i am forwarding to the attorney generals office so they can look into this. More
