Sarah Kirk and Michael VanDyke were able to make a miracle. Back in 2018, I purchased a vehicle from Brown-Daub Kia thinking they were a reputable and as is turns out, they were not. I stayed in conta miracle. Back in 2018, I purchased a vehicle from Brown-Daub Kia thinking they were a reputable and as is turns out, they were not. I stayed in contact over the years with Sarah, my Salesperson at the time, and she made every effort to help me try to undo that mess BD got me into. Recently, she connected me with Mike. He understood the goal, and made it a point to value my time and took that further today when myself and my wife came to proceed with our purchase. Not only did we get into a much more reliable vehicle, but we managed to stay what I call "very close" to the payment we were making for our crap car. Between he and Sarah and their team, they made it happen. My wife and I didn't think it was going to work at all, but it did, and even she is ok with how this went (happy wife, happy life). We're now the proud owners of a 2014 Toyota Camry, a car I think the whole world knows can be trusted with a family within. I do like Chevy, but kinda wanted to steer clear given the debacle with my Cruze (no fault to Raceway of course!). I just want to say thank you again to both of you and your team and we will definitely return when we're ready for our next purchase! More
