The experience was not what I expected. They added on additional $2300 dollars to the price of the car for mandatory add ons that I didn't want or care for. Felt like I got ripped off. Purchased a certified used car, a lemon that already broke down. Complete transmission rebuild and the best thing they offered was a rental until the car is repaired. I cannot trust a car that is known to have transmission problems. I want completely out of this horrible deal. car broke down 3 weeks after purchase. Completely unacceptable. Also, the horrible practice of trying to add an additional 2500 to the price of the car for “paint protection”, nitro in the tires, is a horrible and unethical practice. The client should have the option to purchase this or not. It feels like a huge scam. More
