(Throwing in a few extras at the end was a nice touch, too -- and appreciated!) I was VERY IMPRESSED that throughout the sales process *nobody* asked "how are you going to pay for it?" until I showed up to drive it home. I was pleased with the service that I received at the service department even though Mr. Z wasn’t there. I did get great service from the service manager himself.
