I brought my car in for repair. The dealership diagnosed the issue and indicated that the needed replacement parts were not available. No problems there - totally understood. I The dealership diagnosed the issue and indicated that the needed replacement parts were not available. No problems there - totally understood. I was told there was no ETA on when (of if) parts would become available and to just take the car home. I inquired about the safety of continuing to drive the car and any potential for further damage. I got no response. The dealership has not returned a single email or phone call since that time. I am just not sure what to do but will keep trying. More
