The finance office will try to upsell you with something; that's their traditional job. I politely declined because I had a tight budget. I liked the finance manager for being respectful. It was a win-win. Nader also obtained the vehicle in the color combo that I preferred and did an excellent job of enabling and showing me the many features of the car. He was very professional. More
