I recently visit this dealer. The sales team was amazing my salesman did a great job. After a twelve year relationship with Radley I have to walk away. Took my car in for service last week and for the first time felt like I was getting really ripped off. I’m totally ok with that fact. But the quote I got for a valve cover repair was beyond reasonable. I’m not a mechanic but I understand the basics of what car repairs should cost. I ended up having a Honda dealer do the repair for $600 dollars less. The explanation I received for the repair cost at Radley was really unsatisfactory. Funny but I never got a follow up call from the dealer on how my visit went! Dan in Arlington. More
