Since my original post I have received personal responses from Eddie Lopez and Karen Radley directly - both on email and with a phone call. Karen and I had a great conversation today on the phone and I let her know the quick response, care and concern and professionalism shown to me has renewed my faith in the dealership. Furthermore, I expressed how great her service team is - especially Jeremy who I have had the pleasure of working with over te past several years.
