they were great at the beginning before i ever visited the dealership. via phone all seemed good but after driving 5 hrs to test drive the car i was tired and traffic is terrible where they are so it was the dealership. via phone all seemed good but after driving 5 hrs to test drive the car i was tired and traffic is terrible where they are so it was a short hot test drive. i decided to sign the papers cuz theyd already run my credit. once on the open road i had transmission trouble and a check engine light popped on. since i bought the corvette as is im stuck. i didnt even hear from the dealer after buying to see if i was happy. they know they sold me a bad car and they dont even care. stay away from this dealership as far as used cars go. Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle since 8am that day, submitted the loan application and was preapproved when I was told another salesman took a deposit for the vehicle to hold it until the customer day, submitted the loan application and was preapproved when I was told another salesman took a deposit for the vehicle to hold it until the customer could be approved. Had already set to take off the next day from work to drive 3 hours to finalize deal. Was told I was next in line. I said that’s ok give it to the next person bc I am no longer interested in doing business with you. The sales woman I was working with was great! But I would not do business with this company or invite anyone else to if that is how the process works. More

Radley Cadillac sold me a rusted frame 2011 SRX4 in May 2018. Radley serviced my car since then, never mentioning the flaw until December 2020. There are two years remaining on the car payments.
